Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SleepAura Luxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags and labels are attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided

🛏 Due to hygiene standards, bedding, pillows, mattress covers, sleepwear, and intimate items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to product availability.
If the item is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund.


Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without original packaging


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Photos if item is damaged/defective


Lost or Delayed Packages

SleepAura Luxe is not responsible for stolen packages or delays caused by carriers.
Claims must be submitted directly with the shipping carrier.
